The Hawk and JEAN-PIERRE LEPINE'S fountain pens

Just found out I’m about to be published in a UK on-line magazine called Untitledbooks. Quite thrilled about this. I love the short story and while re-reading it this morning, I was pleased. It’ll keep the UK Waiting for Columbus in the “present” for a while longer. I’ll post here when it’s up. The story (called The Hawk) ought to be up for most of April.

I miss my girls…the Louster and the daughter are in Phoenix, AZ. for five days of spring break R&R. It’s 30C there today, a bit warmer than the 15C we have in Edmonton today (I am not complaining about PLUS 15C in March in Edmonton! Though, there are snow flurries in the forecast). I think I might go out to Elk Island after supper tonight, walk around in the woods, maybe even have a small cigar.
